This is a bit late for commenting, but I moved to PT a year and a half ago and I'm looking for low cost ways to start a practice.... I was going to go to Cheztmoka saturday thing when the weather permitted, but now...... quite intimidated. I have such messed up energy, I'd be bounced!

This is quite a strange story. I and my late wife used to teach Qi Gong in Port Townsend, and I at first thought you might be referring to us – except that we never taught a group in Chetzemoka Park. Plus, I don’t recall anyone ever referring to me as “conservative!” I sure am curious to know who followed us in teaching “Lift Qi up” (as Luke & Frank Chan referred to level-one of their approach called Zineng Qi Gong). They might have been our students.
I have not taught Qui Gong for a number of years, but still have quite a few unsold “101 Miracles” books, plus some VHS tapes, in storage. Do you have need for them? If not, perhaps you can direct me to someone else able to use them.
Regards,
Alan J.
