I and my late wife used to teach Qi Gong in Port Townsend, and I at first thought you might be referring to us – except that we never taught a group in Chetzemoka Park. Plus, I don’t recall anyone ever referring to me as “conservative!” I sure am curious to know who followed us in teaching “Lift Qi up” (as Luke & Frank Chan referred to level-one of their approach called Zineng Qi Gong). They might have been our students. I have not taught Qui Gong for a number of years, but still have quite a few unsold “101 Miracles” books, plus some VHS tapes, in storage.
